Go on an amazing race while remaining in place!
The Trivia Slam is a rousing game that you can play just about anywhere. Better than a conventional pub quiz, this battle of wits and nerve brings forth the various talents of every member of your team.
Each round poses a different challenge, featuring wide-ranging trivia, participatory challenges, musical and other auditory teasers, and an unusual twist on a scavenger hunt. Special rounds allow teams in last place to vault ahead by benefiting from the skills of other teams. Our host will engage and egg on the participants between rounds and between questions, keeping the event fast-paced and laugh-filled.
Witty, surprising questions that require teamwork
After years of fashioning scavenger-hunt questions, the master writers of Watson Adventures know how to craft trivia questions that are more than mere tests of book knowledge. Instead, the questions contain clues that players will have to tease out and piece together to answer. These questions aren’t easy, but they’re also not impossible—and solving them requires a true team effort.
Our writers come from various realms of the entertainment world—magazines, television, stand-up comedy, and beyond—so we guarantee that the game will keep you on your toes, sharpen your wits, and make you laugh.
Customized questions featuring your group or a guest of honor can be added to the game. The standard game is 90 minutes long, but we can adjust that length to meet your needs.
For groups small or large, in your office or working from home
Our team-building trivia games have been a big hit with groups of all sizes. We can come to your office or other venue to stage the game. Or we can use video conferencing (such as Zoom) and our custom app to link people working at home with our host. Learn more about the Virtual Trivia Slam.
An International Edition is also available, with trivia questions and challenges suitable for a group mixed with people whose first language is not English.

Office bound…for adventure!
When you want a fun, engaging team building activity but you also want to stay in the office, this office scavenger hunt is the game you’re looking for. You’ll rely on wits, imagination, and teamwork to sculpt, write, leap, eat, and act your way to victory.
Teams scour the office to complete entertaining tasks. You’ll be challenged to…
Take unusual Team Photos
Put your creativity and sense of fun to work as you fulfill the requirements of different Team Photo challenges. The whole team has to get into each picture (except the person taking the photo), and you won’t just be standing around looking dull and bored. You might be asked to show off a team member’s hidden talent, treat a staircase like it’s a carnival ride, eat food in a surprising way, and more.
Players use their own smartphone cameras on our app, which runs on any browser. After the scavenger hunt, you’ll get to see the other teams’ photos and download them.
Find or create unusual items
This part is like a classic scavenger hunt, where you have to locate or come up with various items. But in this version of the game, teams will be tasked with tracking down specific objects often found in office settings—and creating original stuff from scratch. Put your heads together to devise something that’s actually made better when it’s broken, an edible(ish) state quarter, an inflatable object with your own team slogan on it, and more.
Crack a code to decipher a mystery message
In your office scavenger hunt materials, you’ll stumble upon a strange, coded message. What in the world does it say? To find out, you’ll need to solve fun puzzles involving a few trivia questions, intriguing texts or e-mails, a musical phone call, and more surprises. Work together to decipher the key that unlocks the mystery message.

The murder-mystery game you can play anywhere
Terrible news! A Watson Adventures host, David Park, was on his way to lead your team-building activity today, but he was found dead in the parking lot. We need you to go through David’s backpack of game materials and see if you can figure out who would want him dead and why.

We’ll send you the backpack full of game materials, and a Watson Adventures host will get the game started, then answer questions (and offer hints) as you go along.
You can choose whether you would like our Host to lead your group remotely, via Zoom or a similar platform, or you can opt for an in-person host, live in your office.
The game requires one hour and can be played in any room where you need to provide a break for your group, ramp up the fun, and get people to bond and work together in a whole new way.

You can escape a room, but can you escape a vintage game store?
As part of his acclaimed new book, The Puzzler, best-selling author A.J. Jacobs (The Year of Living Biblically, The Year of Living Constitutionally) partnered with Watson Adventures to create a devilishly fun murder mystery game packed with puzzles. In his book he describes the experience of creating the game—now it’s your turn to play the game! But first…
Shocking news! The owner of a local board-game store has been murdered! Authorities are baffled by the mysterious killing, and they have called in you and your team of expert puzzle-solvers to crack the case.
The killer has hidden clues to their identity in games scattered around the store. It’s up to you to solve a series of puzzles and piece together the name of the murderer. Clearly the murderer loves to play games—but in a gaming store, that doesn’t narrow things down much!
On teams, you’ll tackle up to 10 mini-games that are inspired by classic games—but with humorous twists. Each challenge you solve will lead you a step closer to unmasking the murderer. Can your team unravel this mystery, catch the culprit, and show the villain that they toyed with the wrong people?
What players are saying about the virtual puzzles game
A 5-star review on Google: “Fun and engaging game for our remote team. The host was energetic and kept everyone participating. I will definitely book them again for another corporate event.”
