Cats vs. Dogs: The Battle Rages from the Met to the Net

Our new hunt for kids and adults to do together asks the same question at art museums: Over the centuries, have artists preferred cats or dogs?

On the Cats vs. Dogs Family Scavenger Hunt—available in New York, Boston, Philadelphia and Los Angeles—every work of art features at least one cat or dog—or both. The version at the Metropolitan Museum of Art, coming up October 4, was highlighted by the New York Times.
