The Mad Science Scramble Family
Scavenger Hunt

For kids ages 7 & up

Saturday, July 10, 10:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m.
You’ll need Ben Franklin’s craftiness to search out answers to tricky questions about such things as a full-size gigantic locomotive, an Air Force jet, a mad scientist’s electric device that you spark to life, secret messages in optical illusions, a giant heart you must walk inside, strange space suits, a real moon rock, an overequipped athlete and even Ben’s own inventions, including an unusual way to get across a lake. For kids 7 and up. Kids must be accompanied by an adult and vice versa.  Learn more and buy tickets

The Murder at the Franklin Institute Scavenger Hunt murdermystery

New! The Haunted New Hope Scavenger Hunt
Saturday, July 31, 7 to 9:30 p.m.
Better bring your favorite hex, because the historic buildings and byways of this town are rife with cranky poltergeists. Be careful not to rile the restless Revolutionary War soldiers, the many ghosts in an eerie inn, the floating forms at the Parry Mansion, the man with the noose at the Ichabod Wilkinson house, Pickett the peripatetic painter, and assorted ladies in black, to name just a few specters. Learn more and buy tickets

The Murder at the Philadelphia Museum Scavenger Hunt
Saturday, August 14, 2 to 4:30 p.m.
Crack a Da Vinci code on this mystery involving a murdered curator at the Philadelphia Museum of Art. Can you figure out whodunnit? Learn more and buy tickets
